Terms of Service

These terms are between Completify (Pty) Ltd ("Completify", "we") and the organisation that signs up for the service ("you"). By creating an account or using Completify you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Completify provides task management delivered through WhatsApp and a web dashboard, as described on pro.completify.co.za. We may improve or change features over time. We will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the service.

You are responsible for the people you add to your account and for how they use the service. You must make sure team members are told that their task activity, messages to Completify and uploaded photos are recorded and visible to your managers and admins. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

New accounts get a 14-day pilot. No card needed and no commitment: you can stop at any time during the pilot and owe nothing. At the end of the pilot the account continues on the plan you chose, unless you cancel.

Plans are priced per team-size tier with unlimited usage within fair use. Fees are billed in advance at the frequency and currency shown on your plan. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes. If you move to a bigger team size you move to the matching plan. Unpaid fees may result in suspension after notice.

Unlimited means we do not cap tasks, messages or photos in normal operation. We may contact you if usage is far outside what is typical for your team size, or if it indicates automated or abusive use, and agree a way forward.

You may not use Completify to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to violate WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

Completify is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's terms. Completify is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp. If Meta changes or withdraws platform access in a way that affects the service, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can.

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time. On termination we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

Completify, its software, design and content are owned by us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your account is active.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will schedule maintenance outside busy hours where we can.

To the extent the law allows, Completify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data caused by factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice, or immediately for serious breach.

We may update these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by email to account admins. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be handled by the courts of South Africa.
