Completify started with a simple observation. Deskless teams already run on WhatsApp. The problem was never communication. It was that nothing said in those chats got tracked, and the whiteboard in the back office never matched what was happening on the floor.

So we built task management inside WhatsApp itself. No new app, no training, no password resets. A task goes out, someone claims it, a photo closes it, and a manager sees all of it live. The same thing a good ops manager does with a clipboard and a lot of phone calls, without the clipboard or the phone calls.

Completify is built in South Africa by Completify (Pty) Ltd, and used by teams in hospitality, facilities, construction, retail and beyond, in South Africa, Canada and the United States.
