Completify holds the record of how your team works. Here is how we look after it.
Where your data lives
Completify runs on secure cloud infrastructure. Task data, photos and reports are stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers.
Who can see it
Access is role-based. Employees see their own tasks. Managers see their groups. Admins see the whole account. Nobody outside your organisation can see your data, and Completify staff only access it to provide support you have asked for.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. WhatsApp messages between your team and Completify travel through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which uses WhatsApp's own encryption.
Authentication
Managers and admins sign in to the dashboard with their own login. Staff use Completify through their verified WhatsApp number, so there is no password to lose or share.
Backups and availability
Data is backed up regularly and the platform is monitored continuously.
Your data is yours
You can export your task history and photos at any time. If you leave, we delete your data on request.
